This session introduces gentle ways of coming into the body without overwhelm. You’ll learn how to approach sensation with curiosity rather than force, widen your window of tolerance slowly, and build trust with your nervous system. A foundational practice for trauma-organised bodies that need safety before depth.
In this class, we work with breath, orientation, sound, and contact to support presence. You’ll learn grounding techniques to return to the here-and-now when the mind or body spirals into past or future threat. A practice in anchoring — steadying the system so life becomes more tolerable and less chaotic.
For many trauma-impacted nervous systems, calm can feel foreign or unsafe. This session helps you meet ease gently, without collapsing or pushing it away. We explore softness, slow breath, subtle expansion, and the sensation of safety arriving in small, digestible amounts.
Shutdown is not failure — it is protection. This class offers supportive ways to work with flatness, exhaustion, and low capacity. You’ll learn how to mobilise energy gently, wake the system without pressure, and create micro-movement toward aliveness rather than forcing activation.
In this session, we support the body through heightened arousal, racing thoughts, urgency, and tension. You’ll learn somatic techniques for slowing activation, softening breath, reducing internal alarm, and finding steadiness when anxiety spikes or takes over.
Freeze is not weakness — it is a nervous system holding pattern. This class guides you through slow thawing, micro-movement, sensation tracking, and stimulation of pathways that allow movement to return. Designed to shift inertia safely, without pushing past capacity.
Rage is clarity, not dysfunction. In this session, we work with anger as a protective response that deserves respect and containment, not suppression. You’ll learn how to move anger through the body in ways that are safe, grounded, and expressive — without shame.
As regulation expands, so does self-expression. This final class supports you to meet yourself with truth, voice, and self-expression. We explore our genuine connection to self through music therapy methods to access our voice, our bodies inherent rhythm and safety to simply be.
